How to Use the Site

I am not a therapist. I am not a certified physical trainer or a registered dietician. I am a regular person who has real experience in dark corners that exist in the mind.

This website is for anyone looking for answers, anyone wanting to become a better version of themselves, and anyone seeking a non “professional” approach to mental health. Here’s how to use it.

Why is it Free?

I want this website to serve as a bank of information and answers for people who are feeling the same way I felt at my lowest, or for anybody looking to become the best versions of themselves. And I’m so fucking sick of people profiting off of others’ mental health problems. I don’t care about money. My mission is to help provide answers for those asking the most complicated and perplexing question in human history; “Why?”

At my lowest points is when I would find myself with the most questions, but online searches for answers were met with funnels to therapy, vague advice, or short-term fixes that ignored the problem. If I did find something that felt useful or relatable, it was often behind a paywall. This frustrated me deeply, and I would typically give up in my searches.

Through much trial and error, I found that taking care of my diet and fitness was my most effective form of therapy. It didn’t fix everything, though, and some of my hardest times came when I was in my best shape. However, the structure of a dedicated workout and diet routine gave me purpose, pride, and a reason to push forward each day, and I believe most people would greatly benefit from having some sort of committed regiment. This is a starting point anybody can use, and I want it to be as easy as possible.
